Burwood Pilsner reveals a delicious hop bouquet of citrus and herbs that are followed by bright grains and honey. A blast of lemon zest and honeysuckle meets a barrage of bright malty goodness. The final sip delivers a harmonious blend of fragrant hops, bready malt with a rich golden color.

This sessionable Amber has a pleasant maltiness that is complemented by a gentle bitterness that finishes dry. Notes of caramel and roast make for a smooth long finish.

Our Mexican-style lager is clean and pale, with high clarity and low bitterness. Made with malted barley and flaked corn that give this refreshing beer light flavors without being overly sweet. Plus, we used a Mexican yeast strain to keep this beer crisp and balanced. Perfect for easy and casual drinking in the sun.

Golden copper, medium bodied IPA with a crisp mouthfeel that dominates with citrus peel, pine and luscious tropical fruit flavors and aromas. Finishes firm, clean and hoppy.

This classic Hazy IPA is everything you want in a hazy IPA; flavorful and juicy. We used classic New England-style IPA hops, Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic. This blend of hops creates a strong tropical fruit aroma with tastes of juicy mango, pineapple, blueberry and peach. But don’t worry there is no harsh bitterness here, just pure juicy pleasure that goes down so easy you will want another.

This black as night offering might look like a stout or porter but this beer has complex aromas and flavors in this “adult chocolate milk” of the beer world. Earthy, roasty aromas yield to flavors of fresh cream, cocoa and vanilla with a balanced zestiness from the hops. The rich breadyness drives on and on with dark fruit characteristics along the way. This medium body black beer embodies a clean, dry finish.

This sour ale has a soft wheat body and crisp tartness that makes for a mouth-watering combination.  With just the right balance of puckering tart cherries to keep you wanting more.

This West Coast IPA is clean with a nice bitterness. Your first sip reveals a grapefruit explosion followed by a welcoming party of a creamy mouth-fill of orange and melon. A melody of juicy goodness. Drinks balances and goes down easy.

This lager is fresh and easy drinking, with a light body and color developed from the use of rice, commonly used in this style of lager. Crips and sparkling, this lager is dry and balanced.

This Pale Ale is bursting with Nelson Sauvin Hops from down under, both in the boil and in dry hopping the ale. The aroma is white grapes and kiwi but once you taste your first sip you get green lifesavers, gooseberries and grapefruit peel. This might be your new favorite pale ale, "only time will tell".

Winter is coming to an end and what better way to welcome spring than with the Goat Lord.
The Goat Lord Maibock is a noble beast of a beer. A strong, pale spring lager that is rich and malty with a flower noble hop aroma.

This American style Hefe Weizen has plenty of citrusy hops to balance the generous dose of wheat malt. Bravo hops provide enough balance for the bready wheat that you can skip the slice of lemon.

This pale ale is dry-hopped with 4 hops; Chinook, Strata, Amarillo & Azacca. You will get flavors ranging from piney to spicy, citrus to strawberries, and melon to tropical fruits. The diminutive size of the Tiny Hatchet pale ale allows you to squeeze into tighter spaces and requires less hoppy backswing than if you were swinging a full hopped IPA. Don't let the small size fool you.

Paradise Punch Hard Seltzer made in-house; warning this hard seltzer may cause extreme relaxation. A little splash of tropical paradise is what you get with this hard seltzer. 

One sip of our Burwood Root Beer and you will be hooked. This caffeine-free and non-alcoholic beverage is a great treat alone or with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. It is only made with natural ingredients. YUMMY!
